This collection of recipes are some that were gathered and tried over the years by Extension Agents who are now retired: Jim Kea, Rick Hamilton, and Ed Jones. These agents prepared these reccipes and tweaked them to their tastes. If the source of the recipe is known, it is acknowledged; however, most recipes were simply collected in a file over the years and shared with Wild Game enthusiasts. We hope you enjoy these recipes.
