The Coastal Academy will visit a variety of mills, forests, and educational stops throughout the New Bern area. Teachers will stay at the Comfort Suites River Front Park located in New Bern. Rooms will be assigned, double occupancy, for all Academy participants. Breakfast consists of the continental breakfast provided by the hotel, lunch is usually sandwiches/salads, and the group visits various restaurants in downtown New Bern for dinner. Transportation is provided by a licensed motorcoach company. Lodging, meals, and transportation are provided for all Academy participants.
