Facilities Maintenance Coordinator III

Maintain physical structure, including HVAC system, electric, plumbing, interior and exterior, safety items and other equipment
Maintain landscape, including mowing, general lawn care, weed control and pruning
Identify and supervise outside contactors as necessary for major repairs
Maintain records and reports of all work done to the facility
Set up and maintain auditorium and conference room for meetings
