Responsibilities

• Maintain physical structure, including HVAC system, electric, plumbing, interior and exterior, safety items and other equipment
• Maintain landscape, including mowing, general lawn care, weed control and pruning
• Identify and supervise outside contactors as necessary for major repairs
• Maintain records and reports of all work done to the facility
• Set up and maintain auditorium and conference room for meetings
