Dr. Omon Isikhuemhen
North Carolina is very fortunate to have a mushroom cultivation expert in the state. Dr. Omon Isikhuemhen is an assistant professor at NC A&T State University in Greensboro. He has funding from the GoldenLEAF Foundation and others to help farmers develop a mushroom industry in North Carolina.
