APSAF 2007 Winter Meeting

Registration Information

Note: Final registration date January 19, 2007!

For Professional SAF Members and Non-member

    • Early Registration period extended to December 10, 2006. Register early to save up to 60% as compared to the Regular Registration fees.

    • Regular Registration period is from December 11, 2006 through December 20, 2006. Registration during this period can you 15% over the Late Registration fee.
    • Late Registration period is from December 21, 2006 through January 25, 2007. Better late than never, right?

For SAF Students

If you are an SAF Student member we have a registration fee specifically for you at $70. Registering at this level assures you access to all of the professional level events such as technical sessions, plus the Student Tour on Thursday, January 25, 2007.

For Companions/Spouses of Professionals

Professional SAF member and non-members may register a companion or spouse for the Winter Meeting. This level of registration entitles you a special subset of the Winter Meeting activities, plus the opportunity of participating in Leisure Tours that have been arranged for our group. The Companion level of registration is only $70.

Exhibitor Registrations

This year there are two levels of Exhibitor fees: Commercial at $400 and Educational at $300. A Commercial Exhibitor registration is designed for organizations whose legal status with the IRS is that of a for-profit enterprise. The Educational Exhibitor registration is only for organizations whose legal status is non-profit or educational institution (e.g. 501(c)3, vocational schools, community colleges or universities). Registering as an Exhibitor of either type includes a space, a 6' x 30" table with chairs, and a Professional level registration for one person. Sponsor Registrations

If you or your organization wish to provide for some of the much-appreciated sponsorship support for the APSAF 2007 Winter Meeting, we have three levels to choose from:

  • Par - make a gift of up to $1000 and receive a free Professional level registration to the General Meeting for one of the sponsoring organization’s representatives.

  • Birdie - make a gift of between $1000 and $2000 receive a free Professional level registration to the General Meeting for one of the sponsoring organization’s representatives AND a single Golf Tournament participant.

  • Eagle - make a gift of over $2000 receive a free Professional level registration to the General Meeting for one of the sponsoring organization’s representatives AND a single Golf Tournament participant AND 2 nights double-occupancy lodging.

No matter what level of Sponsorship you choose, your orgainzation's role as a Sponsor will be announced at several times during the Winter Meeting and promoted in our printed materials and signs. For more details visit the Sponsorship web page.

Registration forms and payments

  1. Use the registration form (click here for PDF document) on this web site or the one that is included in the general meeting announcement. Complete the form by hand and mail it with payment. You may pay by check, or Mastercard / Visa. Make checks payable to "Sandhills Chapter SAF."by mail or fax should be made out to "Sandhills Chapter SAF", and mailed with completed registration form to NCSU-FEOP, Campus Box 8003, Raleigh, NC 27695-8003.
