Seagrove Potteries Community.

The artisans of Seagrove have been producing usable treasures for almost 300 years, and these wares will be passed down from generation to generation for years to come. Tour includes meeting potters, viewing demonstrations of glazing, turning, loading kilns and firing. Transportation and luncheon are included in the $40 fee. Weymouth Woods Sandhills Nature Preserve Area.
Friday, January 26, 9:00 a.m. – 11:15 p.m.
APSAF has arranged for a special guide to introduce you to this 898-acre protected area which preserves and portrays the natural features unique to this region. Tour includes the newly renovated visitor center, museum, and auditorium. You are free to walk the sandy paths, escape among stately trees and listen to the sounds of its woodlands. Transportation, refreshments and special tour guide are included in $15 tour fee.
