The Johnston County Center of the N.C. Cooperative Extension Service in cooperation with the Johnston Co. Environmental Health Department will offer the ServSafe Food Sanitation Course. This comprehensive course is appropriate for food service managers and supervisory staff in restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes, child care facilities, and other food-handling establishments. This class will be held on Tues, Wed and Thurs each week, starting on Feb 19th and ending on Feb 28th. You must attend all six classes in order to sit for the certification exam. Registration Fee $125.00
