Flue-cured tobacco growers will vote on their continuance of their support of the self-help plan of promoting flue-cured tobacco by Tobacco Associates, Inc. for the marketing years 2013, 2014, 2015. The referendum will be conducted by the NC Cooperative Extension Service. Polling will be conducted from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The referendum will include the question of continuance of the authorization of annual assessments not to exceed one-fifth (1/5) of the one cent per pound.
