Looking for a unique leadership opportunity? Well, look no further than 4-H! Pender County 4-H Teen Leadership Council is for youth ages 13-18 as of January 1.
Join a group of your peers to develop leadership skills, participate in community service projects, and help guide the county 4-H program. This council meets monthly and refreshments are provided. You do not have to be a current 4-H member to join.
Some of the projects youth will be working on will be leading a county-wide community service project, National 4-H Week, and planning various 4-H activities/camps for their peers to take part in. Youth will gain valuable life skills such as leadership, public speaking, setting goals, and becoming workforce ready.
