Principles of Fresh Produce Safety & Navigating the USDA GAP Audit Workshop

This workshop will be based on newly developed components focused on navigating a GAP audit. It will combine classroom and on-farm instruction to provide produces with the tools needed to identify potential food safety concerns. Workshop fee is $10.00 wich incudes lunch.
