- A $200 deposit is due along with 1/2 of rental fee two (2) weeks before event.
- The other 1/2 rental fee is due when the keys are picked up from the Extension Office.
- Checks are to be made out to "East Carolina Livestock Arena Board".
- Call the Edgecombe County Extension Center at 252-641-7827 for rental information.
- A rental contract must be signed two (2) weeks before the event when the deposit and 1/2 of the rental fee is paid.
- Renters will be responsible for setting up for meetings and
cleaning up the facility after the meeting.
Directions:
The East Carolina Agriculture and Education Center is located just off US 64 approximately 6 miles east of Rocky Mount and approximately 6 miles west of Tarboro. Take exit 478 onto Kingsboro Road. (Traveling from Rocky Mount, turn right onto Kingsboro Road and from Tarboro, turn left onto Kingsboro Road.) The Center is 0.6 mile on the left.
