NOTE: Until further notice all new and continuing reports of soybean rust (SBR) should be submitted via the USDA website at www.sbrusa.net using standard guidelines. Reporting through the site requires a registered user name. However, suspected soybean rust samples can be submitted to a university or state diagnostic clinic. The diagnostic data will be reported by the clinic to the USDA website. The North American Plant Disease Forecast Center (NAPDFC) has agreed to pull its own report form, so that the USDA site can act as a unified reporting system for soybean rust. We will access the new source sites from the USDA indirectly and continue to post forecasts of the occurrence, transport and risk from SBR spores in the atmosphere.
