Greenhouse Flue-cured Tobacco Peronospora tabacina, fungus causing blue mold.

Symptoms
Circular yellow areas, distinctly cupped leaves, gray to bluish downy mold on abaxial surface. In advanced stages, plants appear brown and eventually die.
