Again, we are having some trouble obtaining trajectories today. The weather situation is such that we do not anticipate any long-range transport episodes from the known sources during the next two days.

FORECAST SUMMARY: Tuesday, September 9 :

***** The Weather...... southern / eastern U.S. ***** High pressure situated over southern Canada and the northeast U.S. will govern the weather during the next several days. There is a slight chance of light rain or showers over the coastal plains of the Carolinas due to the remnants of TD Henri. A slight chance of showers also exists for the central and western Gulf coasts....parts of FL...and parts of the southern Appalachian Mountains. Otherwise, dry conditions are expected over the southern and eastern U.S. Tuesday and Wednesday, under sunny to partly cloudy skies.

***** The Forecasts *****

Weakly Moderate to Moderate Risk for southern TX Tuesday and Wednesday. Low to Weakly Moderate Risk Tuesday and Wednesday for southern FL, southern GA, the southern Appalachian Mountains, and the coastal plains of NC. Low Risk of survivable transport and deposition for all other areas.
