FORECAST SUMMARY: Tuesday, June 3 (Abbreviated format):

***** In the Southeast.... A strong frontal system will be affecting the region over the next two days.... with a warm front moving north through the region today, and a cold front moving into the region on Thursday. Highly unsettled weather is expected under partly to mostly cloudy skies. Showers and thunderstorms region-wide today, arriving late to eastern sections of the Carolinas. More showers and thunderstorms on tap for Thursday, heavier east and south, more scattered west. HIGH Risk for southern GA and all of FL (except panhandle) Tuesday and Wednesday. Moderate Risk Tuesday for eastern SC and south-central NC. Strongly Moderate Risk Wednesday for the central and northern coastal counties of SC. Low Risk elsewhere in the region Tuesday and Wednesday.

***** In Texas.... A front will lie stationary over northern / central portions of the state Tuesday and Wednesday. Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected over most of the state each day, particularly near the front. Trajectories are moving northwest along the Rio Grande both days. Weakly Moderate Risk for deep south TX and the nearby Rio Grande plains Tuesday; Strongly Moderate Risk for the same areas on Wednesday.
