FORECAST SUMMARY: Tuesday, June 10 (Abbreviated) :

***** In the Southeast.... A Bermuda High is setting up off the U.S. east coast as a frontal boundary dissipates across eastern sections of the region. Sunny to partly cloudy skies today. Scattered showers and thunderstorms possible for southern sections and along the Atlantic coast. The High exerts more influence by Wednesday with loads of warm, moist air over the region. No fronts to deal with, but scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible region-wide. High temperatures running in the 80's and 90's both days. Strongly Moderate Risk for southern FL today and Wednesday. Moderate Risk for the next two days for central and northern FL and southern GA. Central and eastern sections of the Carolinas will be at Low to Weakly Moderate Risk Tuesday and Wednesday. Low Risk elsewhere.

***** In Texas... mostly dry weather expected in the western areas, unsettled weather across the central and east. Many showers and thunderstorms today in the east and parts of the south. More scattered showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday across the north and east, perhaps portions of the west-central. Hot with highs in the upper 80's to near 100. Moderate Risk for southern and central TX on Tuesday. Weakly Moderate for these same areas on Wednesday. Low Risk otherwise.
