Conditions for survivable transport and deposition are favorable through early afternoon today.... less favorable late this afternoon and evening.... then favorable again overnight and Wednesday. Strongly Moderate Risk for southern SC; Weakly Moderate Risk for north-central SC; Strongly Moderate Risk for central NC; Moderate Risk for southern VA; Low Risk beyond. Lingering favorable conditions are expected near the source on Wednesday. Moderate Risk for the central SC coastal areas on Wednesday. To the south in southern FL..... Very warm and dry weather is expected for mid-week and likely beyond. Low Threat from the southern FL source region, with Low Risk to crops in that area.
