*** Disease Update - 23 April *** Downy Mildew has been reported in Charleston, SC *** Downy mildew was discovered on research plots of early cantaloupe on Friday, April 19. There are at least 3 generations of lesions. Active sporulation is present.

*** Unfavorable weather is expected for the next 2 days in the Southeast *** Canadian high pressure will control the weather through Wednesday. Sunny to partly cloudy skies will dominate. Other than some isolated showers for parts of FL, no rain is forecast for the region until late Wednesday. Low Risk to cucurbit crops Tuesday and Wednesday.
