*** A cold front moving into the Carolinas and Southeast will affect the Carolinas on Thursday and Friday..... and the Southeast during the weekend. The southern Plains will remain hot and mostly dry. *** Moderate Risk for southwest NC today, Low Risk Friday through Sunday. Moderate Risk for eastern NC Thursday and Friday, Low Risk Saturday and Sunday. In the Southeast.... Moderate Risk from Thursday through Sunday, though southern GA is at Low Risk today. Oklahoma growers will be at Low Risk for the next 3 to 4 days as hot, dry weather continues.
