FORECAST DISCUSSION: Friday, March 26: *** Conditions will be unfavorable for disease development in the southeast U.S. this weekend. *** Cooler, drier weather will be dominant through Sunday for the southeast U.S. and Cuba. The sources in GA, northern FL, and Cuba are Low Threats each day and there is Low Risk for growers. The source is western Mexico is also a Low Threat. Unsettled weather will be found in eastern Mexico and southern Texas; some localized disease development is possible in those areas through the weekend. TK
