FORECAST DISCUSSION: Wednesday, March 17: *** Conditions are unfavorable for disease development through Thursday *** Dry, warm weather is the rule for the growing regions of the southeast U.S, Cuba, and Mexico for the next two days. No disease development is expected and there is Low Risk to growers. Some localized disease development is possible in southern Texas on Thursday as a storm system develops in that region. TK
