In southern New England.....partly sunny skies with little chance of rain today and Thursday. Unfavorable conditions. In the Ohio Valley and southern mid-Atlantic regions.....mostly unfavorable conditions today with sunny to partly cloudy skies and no rain expected. Somewhat favorable conditions on Thursday with a bit more cloudiness and a chance of showers most areas. No transport towards previously unaffected areas is expected Wednesday or Thursday.
