FORECAST DISCUSSION: Monday, July 7, 1997 - *** Subdued threats from all the source regions early this week. *** Conditions all over the eastern U.S. are, at most, somewhat favorable for disease development today and Tuesday. There is Moderate Risk to growers in south-central Virginia, eastern sections of the Carolinas, south-central Tennessee, and the mountains of NC, TN, and SW Virginia. Otherwise, growers are at Low Risk of disease development from spore releases Monday and Tuesday. TK
