Regional Weather - Monday, March 12 - (Southeast U.S. / eastern Gulf of Mexico): Expect fair to partly cloudy skies and dry weather through Tuesday with high pressure governing the weather over the region. A low pressure system in the southern Plains will be moving slowly eastward into the lower MS Valley on Tuesday, so western sections may see some increased cloudiness. Temperatures will be running in the 60's to 80's for highs, 40's to 60's for lows, with a warming trend into midweek.
Forecast: Trajectories from western Cuba are moving west Monday and Tuesday. Transport events pose little threat to U.S. growing areas. Low Risk to tobacco plants in NC Monday and Tuesday.
