Wednesday and Thursday: All sources are Low Threats, with Low Risk to the U.S. productions regions. Trajectories from the known sources do not approach other growing areas. Summer-like weather has been with us this week and will likely continue for much of May. High pressure remains firmly entrenched over the western Atlantic and southern United States. Trajectories run each day from Monday through Thursday have been very similar. The forecast pathways from western Cuba move west, and those from southern Texas move north. Neither source region poses much danger to other growing regions.
