Due to a variety of issues, the transition to our new location has been rather difficult. While we get back on our feet, the forecasts for the next several weeks will be abbreviated as follows: Detailed forecasts will be provided for the northern FL / southern GA source area. We will provide trajectories and summary information for the other sites. Should transport events from the sites in the Carribean, Mexico, or southern Texas prove threatening, we will include detailed forecasts for those events as well. ***** A slow-moving weather system continues to plague the Southeast ***** Cloudy, rainy conditions are expected in the southeast U.S. for the next two days. Tobacco crops in southern GA and northern FL are at Strongly Moderate Risk Wednesday and Thursday. Southern and eastern SC are at Moderate Risk Wednesday, Low Risk Thursday. All other locations will be at Low Risk Wednesday and Thursday.
