Friday through Sunday: There is one interesting situation for this forecast package. Friday's trajectory from southern TX moves through the Ohio Valley region late Friday night and Saturday. The trajectory centerline crosses western TN and western KY Saturday morning. Conditions are favorable for survivable transport and deposition of airborne spores, both prior to and during the spore movement into the Ohio Valley region. The Risk with this event is uncertain for a number of reasons. Growers with any available plants should take note of this potential transport event and monitor their crops accordingly. Please refer to the forecast from Corpus Christi, TX for details. Weekend trajectories from southern TX move to the west and pose little danger. Elsewhere.... Unfavorable weather and benign trajectories are expected for the other known sources. They are Low Threats each day.
