FORECAST DISCUSSION: Monday, March 19: *** There is Low Risk to the U.S. production areas Monday and Tuesday *** A major storm system will be moving across the eastern Gulf of Mexico and Florida today and Tuesday. However, trajectories from Cuba will move generally east, far away from any U. S. growing areas. Localized disease development is likely in Cuba. Some localized disease development is also possible in eastern Mexico.
