Season-ending update - 31 October: During the latter part of August and early September, there were new reports from several counties in southeast Indiana and central and eastern Kentucky. Reports from our State Coordinators this fall have included a few counties in other areas that previously were not known to have blue mold. Unfortunately, due to unexpected difficulties with our map-generating software, we have not been able to produce an updated disease map for our users. Lists of the counties in each state where blue mold occurred in 2001 are given below. We will produce an updated 2001 disease map as soon as possible.
