*** High pressure sits over the eastern U.S. today. Dry weather is expected near all the known source regions. There is Low Risk for all growing areas. On Tuesday, a cold front that now lies across the Great Lakes and Northeast will move southward into the lower Lakes and the upper mid-Atlantic states. Mixed conditions will prevail in the Ohio Valley eastward to PA and MD. Moderate Risk on Tuesday for those areas. Unfavorable weather will continue in the southern Appalachian Mountains and areas to the east. Low Risk for southern VA, the Carolinas, and the southern Appalchian Mountains on Tuesday.
