*** High pressure will govern the weather in the southern U.S. Wednesday and Thursday *** High pressure centered in the central U.S. will move east during the next two days. Clear, dry conditions will hold sway in the Southeast. The weather in Texas will be partly to mostly cloudy and dry. Unseasonably cold temperatures for today and tonight in the Southeast with some warming on Thursday. Mild temperatures with a continued warming trend in Texas. Commercial tobacco in all areas is at Low Risk of disease development Wednesday and Thursday.
