FORECAST DISCUSSION: Monday, May 29: *** Favorable weather will linger in the Carolinas on Monday, with unfavorable conditions otherwise *** A low pressure area just off the NC coast is creating some unsettled weather today. Skies are cloudy in much of the Carolinas and VA and some showers are possible today. Fair skies dominate in the Southeast, and as the Low moves to the east, conditions will improve in the lower mid-Atlantic overnight. There is Strongly Moderate Risk for eastern NC today, and Moderate Risk for eastern SC. Low Risk elsewhere on Monday. All growers are at Low Risk on Tuesday.
