Background and HistoryInitiated in 1988, the National Poultry Waste Management Symposium has maintained a biennial tradition of meeting the needs of industry by showcasing economically viable options for dealing with these dynamic problems and opportunities in an environmentally sound manner. In 2010, the Symposium will be held in cooperation with the North Carolina Animal and Poultry Waste Management Center and the National Livestock and Poultry Environmental Learning Center.
