The class is directed at new and established small producers of naturally/organic eggs, extension agents, and purchasers of locally grown products. If you are an individual who wants to learn more about the proper methods of grading and evaluating the internal and external quality of the shell eggs they produce, then this workshop should be of interest. This will include a review of the North Carolina Egg Law and components which will apply to small producers. The class will include both lecture material and hands-on laboratories. |
