The 2012 National Egg Quality School is open and applications will be accepted.  There is also room in the optional Salmonella enteritidis Control Plan Training course for those who are already registered for the regular school.  Any student that attended the school within the past two years may also sign up for Salmonella entreitidis Control Plan Training this year.
