If you would like to register for the 2009 Feed Manufacturing Short Course please check one of the boxes below.

The cost of this course is US $1,200 per person if housed in double bedrooms, or US $1,450 if housed in individual hotel rooms. It includes training, educational materials, local transportation, laboratory materials, t-shirt, lodging and all meals from May 11 to 15 (breakfast, lunch and snacks) EXCEPT the evening meals. These fees DO NOT include air transportation to RDU Airport, health insurance, spending money and incidental expenses. The fee for the Feed Manufacturing Short Course is US $270 per person if housed in double bedrooms, or US $350 if housed in individual hotel rooms. This includes lodging and meals EXCEPT dinners.
