Registration will close when we have reached 300 individuals.
There will be NO exceptions and there will be NO onsite registration at pick-up.

You will need to fill out this form for each participant (if you have multiple participants you can use the cut and paste feature). Please bring proof of registration with you to pick up.

Age as of JUNE 1st: This determines the age group they will compete in at the show in October.

(The social security number of a parent can suffice if necessary and is required for the awarding of ribbons and prize money at the show. Registration will NOT be considered complete without a social security number.) You may call our office and give us the information over the phone if you prefer. However, all registrations missing a social will be put in a "pending pile" until the information is received.

Pick-up Information:

Who will be picking up the poults in May? (Please do not assume that someone from your county will be picking them up. You must make contact with the person and ask them). Participant info will be listed by last name as well as by county. Please know who you are picking up for. We will hand "receipts" to all who pick up poults and it is very important that you deliver the receipts with the poults or keep them in safe place.
