Fertilizer in propagation area on foliage during high light conditions (especially phosphorus). Wash off leaves after feeding with clean water
Pinch too hard (Pinching)
Pesticide applications during stress conditions
Young expanding leaves: chlorosis and upward puckering leaf margins (Calcium deficiency)
Young leaves: stunting and chlorosis of new developing leaves (Zinc deficiency)
New growth: low growth sometimes resulting in bud stoppage and poor bract formation (Calcium deficiency)
New growth: aborted terminal growth, distorted leaf and stem development. Axillary buds may develop a witch's broom effect. (Boron deficiency)
Additives, surfactants in propagation during stress conditions (wilting, high light)
