The NCGVGA consists of growers and suppliers interested in promoting the greenhouse vegetable industry and in improving production and marketing practices. University, extension and NCDA personnel are also involved in an advisory capacity. A board of 9 growers and 5 advisors meets three times yearly to plan the meeting and conduct Association business. Association activities consist of an day annual meeting held in October in Raleigh, N. C. and a tour or field day held at various locations. Additional member benefits include a news bulletin, marketing and promotional packets, and discount buying on produce bags. We also sell an Association polo shirt and totes!
