Elluminate can be run on Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and Solaris computers. Test your computer configuration
The first time you use Elluminate, you may be prompted to download software. This can take anywhere from 2 to 20 minutes depending upon your Internet connection speed. You can Pre-configure your system with the required software. Please make sure your computer has a microphone and speakers to be able to talk and hear while you are in the Elluminate meeting.
When you first log in, please run audio set up: Go to the menu bar and select "tools". Scroll down to "Audio" Select "Audio Setup Wizard" This will run you through audio setup for your headset. Mac Users may also try to go to system preferences -The button that looks like a light switch -Go To Sound -Make sure Input is Selected as USB -Make sure output is selected as USB.

To see the NetCam image on your screen, you will need to have both the Java Runtime Environment (JRE 1.5.1 or higher) and a Java-enabled Browser installed.
