Hotel Registration

The host hotel is the Embassy Suites Hotel in Cary.  The address is 201 Harrison Oaks Blvd., Cary, NC 27513 (phone: 919-677-1840).  (Please note there are two Embassy Suites in the metro area.)

There is free shuttle service from the Raleigh-Durham airport.  (It is an on-call service which runs 24 hours a day.  Phone 919-677-1840 when you arrive at the airport to arrange pick-up.)

The room rate is $129+taxes per night and includes a complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and a nightly Managers Reception (5:30 to 7:30 pm) which serves beverages and hors d’oeuvres.

A block of rooms have been reserved at the hotel.  The cut off date for this special room rate is 1 February or when the block of rooms is full.
