Flower/fruit: 1 inch creamy white petals spotted with purple; projecting stamens; hairy red berry
Flowering Season: Late spring
Foliage: 2 to 4 inch elliptical leaves with parallel veins; stalkless; numerous branches in upper portion of plant; small, stiff hairs on lower leaf surface and younger portion of the stem
Site: Wooded coves
