Flower/fruit: Flowers hang upside down on a 6 to 8 inch arching stem; two short, rounded spurs hang down; flowers are white to very pale pink, heart-shaped and .5 inches long
Flowering Season: Spring
Foliage: Leaves are ternately divided and cut into numerous narrow segments; pale below
Site: Rich woods; partial shade to shade 
Comments: Yellow tubers occur on rootstock
