Flower/fruit: 1 to 4 domed, umbrella like cluster of pink, lavender or white flowers; pale pink corolla lobes and white hoods
Flowering Season: Early summer
Foliage: Whorls of four leaves at middle of stem; upper leaves are paired; thin, egg to lance-shaped; 2 to 6 inches long
Site: Edge of woods, roadsides
