Foliage: Alternate, simple, leathery blue-green to dark green leaves; 1 to 2.5" long; orange, yellow to scarlet fall color
Comments: Drought tolerant; excellent fall foliage color; must have good soil drainage; may sucker to form a colony; native to coastal plains of southern US
