Foliage: Alternate, simple dark green leaves; 0.7 to 1.3" long; dull dark green to reddish purple in winter
Comments: Drought tolerant; good for ground cover; one of the easiest cotoneasters to grow; prone to attack by lacebugs; branches root when they contact soil
