MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Provide co-leadership (with Dale Safrit) for 4-H youth development staff development (including paid and unpaid staff), focusing on volunteer development.
  • Serve as staff liaison and advisor to the NC 4-H Volunteer Leaders' Association
  • Serve as state contact for Southern Region Leader Forum
  • Conduct scholarly and creative work related to hob responsibilities
  • Coordinate 4-H Master Volunteer and state level training programs for 4-H volunteers
  • Serve as district 4-H liaison to Southwest District
  • Assist with implementation of objectives related to developing responsible youth
