Together, Each Accomplishes More!

Now that you’ve completed the three exercises on "Roles on a Team," stop and think about each of the teams you explored and the contributions the individual members played on the teams.

Without going into specific roles, try to think about “big picture” roles that must filled on every team. For example, does some team member need to coordinate the team’s operations? Does another need to keep the team members focused on their goal? After reviewing your photos and comments and thinking about the “big picture,” use your ideas and insights to complete the following sentence:

“I think that regardless of the type of team or number of team members, some team member or members must serve in the following four critical roles:..…”

Before you continue in this module, go to your Reflection Journal, enter today’s date, and record the “big picture” individual roles you identified and how you completed the sentence.
