Coordinate and manage National 4-H Congress, inclusive of recruitment, planning, implementation, evaluation and fiscal accountability
Implement marketing initiatives such as State Fair, Tailgate, 4-H Newsletter, and 4-H Development publication "Reflections and Visions"
Provide primary leadership for the coordination of the State 4-H Council and related activities and events
Provide primary leadership for the coordination of NC 4-H Congress and State 4-H Council Conference
Gives leadership to the production of the NC 4-H Awards Handbook in format that can increase distribution to all NC 4-H Volunteers and Agents.
Work as a team player to network with NC 4-H Development Fund Staff, Subject Matter Specialists to support funding needs of competitive programs in the 4-H system.
Serve on the team who will secure donors for these two areas of 4-H incentives.
Serve as Departmental Liaison to the NC 4-H Honor Club.
Gives primary leadership to the 4-H Scholarship Application, Selection and Recognition process, 4-H Cumulative Records, Record Books, Application, Resume and Inverview, Honor Club Application and Group Project process.
Work on team to produce the 4-H Ad Council Project for North Carolina inclusive of planning, recruitment, implementing and evaluating progress.
Coordinated the training of youth, volunteers, and agents as needed to implement the State 4-H Council Project.
Provide minimum computer support for the department as well as keep the printers operable.
Serves as Departmental Liaison to the Southeast District 4-H Agents.
Serves as Co-Advisor to the NCSU Collegiate 4-H Club.
