Responsible for overall management and operations of North Carolina 4-H Camps and Centers
Arrange and conduct monthly meetings of ECOT (Educational Centers Operations Team)
Ensure Summer 4-H camping programs are professionally staffed, organized and evaluated
Assume fiscal responsibility in total center and camp operations
Assure sufficient enrollment in summer 4-H camps and by off-season user groups
Meet with and advise Center advisory committees to ensure that near and long range goals are set and implemented
Work with Center Directors, Advisory committees and the 4-H Development Fund staff for resource development at each 4-H camp and center
Give administrative oversite to all capital improvements and repair and renovation projects at the 4-H camps and centers
Provide departmental level liaison with American Camping Association adn other necessary agencies for overall operations of camps and centers
